Library House is in the centre of Cambridge, two minutes' walk from the Railway Station with fast Cambridge connections to London Kings Cross and London Liverpool Street, as well as a direct rail service to London Stansted Airport.

PARKING AT LIBRARY HOUSE - There are 4 bays available for Library House visitors to use on a 'first come, first served' basis. The bays are 45-48 and are the 4 facing Station Rd furthest from the building entrance. Whilst there is more often than not a space, visitors should not rely upon a space being available. Additional parking can be found along Station Road (60p/hr for metered parking) or at Cambridge station.

ROAD - from the South - Exit the M11 at Junction 11 and turn right at the roundabout on to the Hauxton Road. Follow the A1309 through Trumpington. Stay on this road until you reach the third set of traffic lights and turn right into Brooklands Avenue. At the end of Brooklands Avenue turn left on to Hills Road. At the set of traffic lights at the War Memorial statue turn right into Station Road, signposted the Railway Station. Turn immediately right into the Kett House car park.

ROAD - from the West - From the A14 or A428 follow signs to Cambridge on the A1303. At the mini-roundabout, turn right into Queen's Road (along 'the Backs'). Go straight over the traffic lights at the crossroads with Silver Street. At the next roundabout, turn left on to The Fen Causeway. At the next roundabout, turn left and then immediately right on to Lensfield Road. At the traffic lights, turn right in to Hills Road. At the set of traffic lights in front of the War Memorial statue, turn left into Station Road, signposted the Railway Station. Turn immediately right into the Kett House car park.

ROAD - from the North - Travel along the A10 down to the junction with the A14. Take the third exit on to A1309. Cambridge Science Park will be on your right, and St John's Innovation Centre will be to your left. Continue along Milton Road, straight across two sets of traffic lights. At the first roundabout, turn left on to Elizabeth Way. At the next roundabout, take the second exit on to East Road. At the first set of traffic lights, go straight over on to Lensfield Road; the swimming pool will be on your left. At the next set of traffic lights, you will see a large Church ahead of you; turn left on to Hills Road before the Church. At the set of traffic lights in front of the War Memorial statue, turn left into Station Road, signposted the Railway Station. Turn immediately right into the Kett House car park.

ROAD - from the East - Travel along the A14 westwards, exiting at the junction marked Histon, B1049. Take the first exit on to Histon Road, and continue straight over the first set of traffic lights. At the end of Histon Road, at the junction for the A1307/A1134 (petrol station on your right), turn right then immediately left, and then immediately right on to Mount Pleasant (one way street). At the traffic lights, turn left and continue to the mini-roundabout. Take the second exit from the mini-roundabout on to Queens' Road ('the Backs'). Go straight over the traffic lights at the crossroads with Silver Street. At the next roundabout, turn left on to The Fen Causeway. At the next roundabout, turn left and then immediately right on to Lensfield Road. At the traffic lights, turn right in to Hills Road. At the set of traffic lights in front of the War Memorial statue, turn left into Station Road, signposted the Railway Station. Turn immediately right into the Kett House car park.

RAIL - There is a frequent train service from London Kings Cross and London Liverpool Street stations to Cambridge railway station. Travel time approximately one hour. The 'Cambridge Cruiser' is the non-stop service between Kings Cross and Cambridge. Check train times at www.nationalrail.co.uk

AIR - London Stansted Airport is adjacent to the M11 (Junction 8) approximately 30 miles south of Cambridge. Cambridge Airport is available for a limited number of European flights. London Heathrow is approximately 1 hour 30 minutes drive by car (72 miles). London Gatwick is approximately 2 hours 30 minutes drive by car (94 miles).
